A Florida judge found man not guilty by reason of insanity in the suffocation murder of his 83 year old father in a case where the defense claimed that drinking Red Bull “contributed to his mental unbalance”.
The man will now be committed to a forensic psychiatric facility for about 6 months. So…. he…. can get some rest? Hmm, well punishment is a whole other topic....
