Do you mean the Benjamin Libet study about conscious free will? It was found that the average time the intention to move happened about 200 milliseconds before consciously willing the action, suggesting the brain prepared to do the action, before the thought occurred. Then there’s the veto window of about 100ms we can talk about if there’s nothing else going on tonight.
