houseofmind: I’m pretty sure this was taken at a BODIES exhibition.  Quick recap: Brain and spinal cord are part of the central nervous system. Everything else you see (like the smaller nerves that extend towards the sides) is part of the peripheral nervous system. I have to make time to revisit this exhibit.  It’s amazing how delicate we really are.
